I worked on designing & developing websites for both New Zealand & Australia. The sites were custom WordPress themes for which I used a typical local development pipeline setup for WordPress – you can view the repository for the theme here. Basically when the local web server starts you can configure the build directory to be wherever you like, meaning if you have some PHP web server setup locally & running WordPress, then you can build and hot load directly into the WordPress theme folder.
I also migrated emails, and handled the transfer & renewal of the domains.
